I know you guys like ninjas hah. But what do you think about the cbr250r ? Looks ? Performance ?

Ninja 250R, to me, looks better than the Honda. It has a higher 0-60 (Ninja has two cylinders while the Honda is a single) and a higher top speed.

What I will give the CBR250R is that its instrument panel is nicer and I'm sure the EFI is nice compared to the carbs on the Ninja 250R. In all honesty, the carbs on the Ninja weren't a big deal to me. I'd start it and let it warm up with the choke on while I would put on my gear. By the time I was geared up, it was ready to roll, even in the low 30's.

the cbr has some advantages, but if i were to buy another small bike, i'd get the nina 300

I'm on my 2nd CBR250 (but still prefer/miss my Ninja 250), it will be replaced by the CB500F as soon as it is available. I looked at the Ninja 300 but I can't justify spending another $2500-$3000 to gain a bit less than 50cc.
