There have to be some quality bikes out there, for real. I can find VERY NICE, barely used 250s all day long up here! Stop looking at crap boxes, you said you have plenty to spend, so get a NICE USED bike that hasnt been someones whore. Bikes are not hard to maintain, especially considering how new most of these used 250s are, there should be no question as to the quality of the bike, if it is worth buying. If you have to ask the question, its probably not worth it. Id have no problem spending $3000 on a used 250 if it were quality and treated well. Thus far, you have found nothing but crap, keep looking.

EDIT: Well maintained? LMAO... walk away. If this fool doesnt know how dangerous that rear tire is, he doesnt know enough to know what IS wrong with the bike LMAO

It looks like 2011, look at headlights and taillights. From there hard to tell but looks like 2009 or newer to me
