that poor critter from the first one is dead for sure.

I had dogs chase me but using what the MSF thought me I am able to get away clean every time.

But then again here in Miama we don't have a lot of wildlife except the locals to worry about running over.

Maybe a gator if you go out by the everglades.

That's what I thought before I saw your post....lol
I came home from the Dragon in the middle of the night, and I had to honk the horn going down my gravel driveway to get a herd of deer out of the way...they wouldn't... It's a bitch, trying to stop a bike loaded with luggage on a hill with gravel...
I have not been on the bike in over 2 weeks... Gun hunting season started Thanksgiving week, and they are nuts.. The spooked deer are not that much of a problem, but the trophy hungry hunters will shoot at everything with white tail sticking up.... My bike has a white tail light sticking up....

Ever seen the claws & spurs on a wild turkey? I wouldn't fuck with one unless I was at least carrying a spork. You guys might want a gun.

It's not turkey mating season. That happens in the spring.

If it's actually a wild turkey? Get it on video please.

I've never really heard of a turkey being aggressive, but if one was, I'd pay attention.
I've never seen an aggressive wild turkey (at least not aggressive toward humans). I've seen a lot of aggressive domestic turkeys though. Them fuckers can be mean.

We have a buttload of wild turkeys where I live and today there was one actually on the attack mode. Every time a car drove next to it, it would chase it gobbling with its wings spread out and fluffed up. Funny shit

Eh I'm not a turkey hunter, there are plenty around here, but they're on the local army base.

That said I agree with you on wanting to be armed with something other than my bare hands. I've seen aggressive deer, elk, hell even chickens and hawks. Eagles will come after researchers that are trying to count eggs. They use hard hats and still compare an eagle hitting it to being hit by a baseball.

Got a pic today. In honor of his Native American heritage, I have named him "Dances With Ninjas."

dude if you give that turkey a swift kick on the chest it would go running , kick it on the head and you probably kill it.
