Same here. Probably the same for most, if not all places.

It doesn't matter what state you're in. If you have a loan, the loaner requires insurance.

For example here in WA, insurance is not required if you own the bike, but if you have a loan on it you will need to have it fully covered because it is in your loan agreement.

Very true.
Or, at least mine is.

Depends on the lessor. In Florida motorcycle insurance isn't required but you're still financially responsible(personally) for any damages caused by your bike in the event of an accident caused by you. Basically what it boils down to is that they do not ask for proof of insurance to register a motorcycle, nor if you're pulled over. The second you're in an accident however, they come looking for money.

Many lessors require full coverage for anything they finance. Some do not require any at all.

I usually never agree with venom, and have definitely attacked him a few times, but in this case venom is doing it right. I applaud you good sir.

Well the guy that totaled the bike doesn't even want anyone to know , I kinda knew he was going to be the one crashing because he is just not the kind of bike you see surviving on a sport bike if you catch what I am trying to say.

The brother that told me about it said there is nothing he could had done to avoid the accident (the rider behind the car) and I asked him if he could had gone around and he said no because it was in the middle of the left turn when the car slammed on the brakes , which means that he was following too close and going too fast around that turn.

They are not going to man up to it , in their world there is nothing they did wrong , I am sorry , two brothers crashing at the same time two brand new bikes is not accident , it is just lack of experience added with cockiness.

Wut?

Of course I'm generalizing from a single example here, but everyone does that. At least I do.

I'm a little confused to be honest... what bike exactly were they riding?

Off the top of my head there's the following Suzuki bikes that MAY be close to what you're talking about.

SV650
S40
C50
or
M50

Depending upon which one they were actually riding I'm thinking that I don't agree with anything you said in the first post about how they should start on a 250 and picked the wrong bike then crashed as a result.

Of course I'm generalizing from a single example here, but everyone does that. At least I do.
