Being in the military has gravely opened my eyes to shit civilians have no idea what's going on. What you "hear" and "read" about what's going on in the war overseas is nothing to what actually happens. Not to even get on the subject of pay, go to mcdonalds fill out a application, you salting french fries and refilling napkin holders makes the same pay as more then half the military who haven't showered for weeks, eat shit food and risk their life. They need to change the law in PA to instead of having to have just your eyes covered you should be required by law to have a helmet on. Main lifeline in a crash as to a the seat belt law in a vehicle.
I'm in PA and personally I thinks its an unintelligent idea to ride without a helmet. BUT I also think you should be able whatever you want to as long as it doesn't affect others. Such as pulling out your AK-47 and mowing down your neighbor....
Although some would argue that dying from an accident that you could have survived if you were wearing a helmet, would hurt other emotionally...

Well in florida is not 100% legal not to have a helmet , it is only legal if you have medical coverage insurance of at least 10k , the idea is so tax payers don't have to pay for at least some of the cost.
