FYI: Battery tender $20 @ Lowes Home Improvement

Hi all,
I wanted to pass on some money saving info. My hubby and I were out at Lowes and they sell battery tenders for $20. I've been in Lowes hundreds of times down every aisle and I've never seen it sold there before. At least for my locale. The thing is that I was going to buy one from Cycle Gear, but they were selling it for $60 (a rip off to me). So if you want to save some money get a tender from Lowes. Also, buy your spark plugs from Advance Auto or Auto Zone (if you don't). They sell NGK, but at a lower price than Cycle Gear.

Where about in Lowe's? What I mean what section are they located? Are the battery tenders by the lawn tractors?

There are two different types of battery tenders at my shop, one is $60, the other $25, its a Junior model that doesn't sit on the wall. I have 3 of them, two for the jet skis and one for whichever bike I'm not riding for awhile. They work great, haven't had a dead battery in years.

No, they were nowhere near the lawn mowers. It was down an aisle with car jumper cables. Just ask a sales assoc. where are the jumper cables and you shuold be able to find the tender.
