That's a great looking bike! Of course my opinion may be somewhat biased as I have the same bike in Lime Green!

Enjoy, it's a great ride, very manageable and keeps up with the big boys easily!

I made an intro thread 3 years ago this month! I took the MSF before it was required and bought my first bike 2 weeks later (ninja 250). I have put over 30K miles on my bikes in 3 years, and have a few track days as well. My main ride is an 06' zzr 600 and a few others in the stable include an 06' 636, a honda hawk 650, and honda rebel 250. here's me and my silver shark on the track where she performs her best:

Hey ladies!

Hi, my name is april and i had a 250 ninja about 3 years ago but sold it and i just purchased a new 2009 250 ninja about 3 weeks ago and couldn't be happier. I live in near Pittsburgh, Pa and love to ride. I wish I could find more woman riders in my area. I hope everyone has a great riding season!

Augh... Rupertswife... I couldn't agree more with you! Me too! I would love to go to the track... someday. In the mean time I'm practicing my turns, trying to lean as much as possible without scaring the hell out of myself!!!

Silverzzr: I'm so jealous!!! Good-jealous!!! Congratulations!!!

Crusa - funny! I don't have trouble accelerating pretty hard out of a turn, it's getting INTO them that scare me. The hubby laughs at me. =)

Well, in my case I'm afraid the bike might skid right at the peak of the curve, but I guess is just a matter of practice.
