Wink Z750 11' lose power/dies when warm

So I have this weird problem: when engine is warm and I shut it off and try to start it right away (or after few minutes) it starts and dies right away - it seems like it lose power, because sometimes even the oddometer resets.

It happenned a few times while driving too - suddently the engine shuts off and then starts right away again - I can tell that it was dead because the speedometer "resets" (rpm oddometer goes from zero to max, as when you move the key to ignition position).

Kawasaki z750, 2011.

any ideas guys?

The same thing on my 2004 Z1000. If you ride it in hot weather it would die after a while.

I agree it sounds electrical. Maybe a main fuse or dirty battery terminal connection?
Other reasons can include fuel issues. Dirty filter, Fuel cap vent plugged maybe.
