Horsepower calculator I found online states for ideal conditions the Vette should be doing about a 10.5 in the quarter.

Used 18% driveline loss, 3600lbs.

My cage puts down 550 and I'm good for mid-high 11s...But I also weigh ~200lbs more than a the Vette in the vid (or so).

It takes a ton of power to knock seconds off in the quarter in a car, I see no reason to believe the bike can't wipe the floor with it every time.

Fully Loaded vette 3250lbs (plus 1 driver) so what 3425?
Alright now we are talking a C5 with driver 700RWHP with a power to weight of 4.9lbs per WHP
the zx10r with same weight rider & 155RWHP , 605lbs=3.87lbs per WHP
that is not very much considering the fact the vette has superior aerodynamics.
once you get over 150mph the race is going to be all about aerodynamics which a bike cant match and you will get ass run down and passed, but as i said we live in the US of A and 0-140 is far more important then being able to do 200mph which you wont be getting out of any 1000cc bike without spending some serious MONEY.

and no bike will match the looks or WOW factor of a lambo or ferarri for that matter.
