Cortech Magnetic Tank Bag

Anyone used the Cortech Magnetic Tank Bag? I already have the Cortech Tail Bag and was thinking of getting the matching magnetic tank bag and saddle bags. I travel a lot and need all the luggage I can haul. I don't need a large tank bag as I will use it every day and don't want to prop my chin on it. I just wondered how the magnets would line up on the plastic/metal. I had a magnetic bag on my 636 a few years ago and it didn't work too well with the plastic.
Thanks,
Brad

I personally don't like magnetic bags. I prefer this, it has a lock ring you mount over your gas cap. It does not interfere with use of the gas cap and there is no way this baby will come off while riding. I've seen magnetic bags fly off.

Say whatever the fuck you want. I was there, you weren't. Maybe the guy didnít have it mounted properly though itís pretty hard to get that wrong but I was behind him when it happened. Freak thing? Maybe but even if it never happened, I still don't like magnetic bags.

I've had my magnetic tank bag on the bike at an indicated 180mph, not so much as a wiggle!

The ones I've had have worked pretty well. I had one on my 636 and the magnets only lined up on part of the tank. Even then, it stayed put.

BcVulcan, Ever been to Lake Hill Motors. They have some of the best prices in the US on trailers, ATV's, Hondas and Yamahas.

Yeah, I'm in there all the time. I've bought everything but a bike from them. It's a shame they don't sell Kawis.

I have that Bags Connection tank bag on my 14 and love it.
Won't scratch the tank and pops off very easily when filling up.
They have larger ones as well, but I like the one in the above link for holding wallet, cell phone, extra gloves, maps etc.
