It is a 2013 color for the 2009-2013 gen. Here is the evidence. Each URL below links to their respective color schemes for the year. 2013 comes in all green.

Lol. Just because they put 2013 colors on it doesn't change the fact that its still a 09-12 model. Yeah, they may call it the 2013 model but it is still the same bike from 2009-2013. If it was truly a 2013 model, it would have all the updated specs as the 2013 636 minus the motor.

I see what they're saying. The 599 is a different bike from the 636.

Like, the "ZX636" is the 2013-? model and the "ZX600" is the 2009-2013(or whenever) model. They're two separate bikes/models.

The 2012 Ninja 250 is still the 2008 Ninja 250R model; regardless, it's still the 2012 model.

It may be a 2013 but it's essentially a 2009-2012 model. If it were a true 2013 model it would look exactly like the 636

If they continue manufacturing the zx6r in 2013 for racing purpose. Then yah I believe it should be a 2013 model. For example 09 to 12, nothing change in 4 years but still considered 09,10,11,and12 model. If you had an 12 model you wouldnt say 09 would you? And like someone already mentioned they are two different bikes zx6r & zx636.
