Two years ago, I created an account here because I thought I was looking to sell my SV650 and upgrade to a ZX-6R, and I posted a thread inquiring as to the differences between the '05-'06 generation and the '07-'08 generation as to which was the better all around street machine. The general consensus among the nice people who answered was that the '05-'06 was the better all around street bike while the '07-'08 was a bit more of a pure track scratcher, so I got ready to pull the trigger and put my SV up for sale--until I got insurance quotes on the difference between my SV and the 6R. It totally blew me away. Well, that was two years ago and I'm now in a different insurance bracket apparently, so the difference between the two isn't all that much anymore. As soon as I've had the opportunity to take some good pictures, the ad is going up on CL. And I want to thank you guys now for the help you gave me two years ago, and soon enough this SV haver will be a 6r haver =)
