hmm.. you might need a lockup soon!!
i'll probably make a lockup hub when i get my system built. i like the way they launch when theyr'e set up. bring your RPM up and BANG. let it go and hang the hell on.

I come back to a ride and i made some change on my setup, because 11 psi, it's too much for my rear tire for the moment. I lower the boost to 9,5 psi and i changed my tire. Now, my rear tire grip on all gears. I will make some adjustement suspension and i will up the boost gradually and i check for better tire like pilot power, shinko U soft or mickey tompson drag radial.

2 inch will be fine, you want to turbo though? sell your bike and buy one with aftermarket turbo support, or have 4k give or take a grand ready to spend

ive got it all planned out no worries....pretty much the only thing ill need help with is making a manifold but i think ive got that covered, besides that having a custom 6 or prefabed 9/10 turbo kit they run about the same price, unless you know how to fab yourself.

My turbo is mitsubushi TE04H-13c like KIRK_ADAMS on his 636 Turbo. I have 2.5 in exhaust piping. Me too, my yoshimura have 2.5 in and 2 out. I built my short muffler and now i have 2.5 in and 2.5 out.
With 636 the most easy way for build a home made turbo system, it's like Kirk Adams. The turbo is under the seat. But, like Maliboost said, it's very hard to built. My next turbo bike project, i will buy a bike and a turbo kit. I don't rebuild a home made turbo kit for my next bike. It's too many hours and now many company offert a good quality turbo kit.
