I got word back from Bluegauges "As far as the lighting, those gauges use bulbs and I can change anything that uses bulbs." I emailed him back to ask if he infact meant "can" or if he meant "can't"... The weather here has SUCKED rain rain rain, and more rain... but, I know as soon as I pull the guages off to mail them to them it will be gorgeous... but I will be doing it at some point, I like the reverse glows...
I got one of the heel plates polished, still have hairlines in it though so.... more work... but it looks sweet!

Sucks that we didn't get to meet up today...Would have been nice to catch up....things got hairy at Wholly Cow though... Troopers said that they got everyone's plate number and we were all getting tickets for running red lights...ALL 200 of us...HAHAH
Anyways....I was looking at your thread and you are looking for Head light Mods? Talk to F-Sane Performance....they have good kits and are willing to deal if you send him a PM. He's a site sponsor and might even knock more off than the Kawi code will give you.

Update!
Installed new spark plugs (CR9EIX) \o/ YAYS! Fairly easy and smooth except for that dirty filthy whorebag bitch of a plug near the throtle cables... but yeah, old plugs looked good, so my mind is a little more at rest (I was worried running as advanced as I am +4 pick up, and the Euro ECU with factory jetting and slip on, that I may be a lil lean, doesn't seem to be though). Thinking about an Ivan's jet kit. Still awaiting conformation from Bluegauges that he can change the odo/temp back lighting colors.
Still polishing the heel plates... Looking for a new seat cover (Luimoto raised thier prices since I bought mine...)

Thinking I am getting HydroTech covers for the seat... They are $80 shipped and you can have them made any colors you want, unlike Luimoto....
Will be pulling the gauges and sending them off this week, as I won't be home next week so perfect time! Decided against changing the color for the odo/temp screens as the guy from Blue gauges assured me it would look like ass if done, lol.... guess i am stuck with nasty off-orange

Calling it quits on the polish job... I think they are good enough for now:
I found another option for seat cover... a little more expensive but deffinitely leaning toward it... it would be like $50 for just the rider seat but.... we'll see. Gauges are coming off saturday if not before depending on weather. When they come in and get installed I'll snap some pics.

You really ride that many people? I am leaning toward getting a seat cowl and never having a rear seat at all.....I have seen a couple decent custom options as far as cowls go.....

They look damn good, Looking at them I see the one on the right is smaller, Iv never noticed this before. Now what are you going to do to keep them from tarnishing? Another ?, Did you get your seat cowl from that UK place on eBay koolkowls? (or something like that?) IM thinking about getting one at the end of the riding season & doing it up over the winter. About your seat cover, Have you checked with your local upholstery shops? When I took mine to a shop to get it put on < The owner told me he could get the materal & do it for under $40.00. You mite give it a try.
