over the past few months some of you have sent me PMs about the mods on my bike,
With this thread I'm going to try to address your questions.
My hugger, shock swap, flush mounts, are a few that come to mind. I think there the ones most seem interested in.
Eventually Ill try to get to more. Try & tell you (what I can remember) where I got what.

Got this little Jule from east carbon on ebay,(hong Kong) for $80.00. But I don't recommend them.
(That's another story) when you look close at the pics you will see that the chain guard is twill while the hugger is plain weave.
our mutual friend jealous explained this to me just recently. Not to say I did not know they were different.
Its plain to see up close, but from a few feet away hardly noticeable.
The people at east carbon said the hugger came with a chain guard, It did not, They refunded me halve my $.
So I had to find one somewhere else, Pet-eck?
The hugger fits very well, All I had to do to make it work was drill 3 holes in it, Its held in place by 4 screws & 2 zip ties.
the zips are very hard to see. No cutting or trimming was done to the hugger.
The holes on the chain guard did not line up, so I made a semple aluminum bracket, It is affixed to the original mounts on the swingarm, I made it to be adjustable, the guard is screwed on to it at one end & the hugger at the other.
I did cut it down some, But only to make it look better.

good looking bike i was thinking of buying an used hugger fro ebay also is like 50 bucks of course i will have to paint it but i check out this option too
Its for a 2003/2004 ZX6R, But the swingarms on our bike & that one are very similar, (maybe the same?)
Anyway I new it had to be close to a fit. turns out its a great fit.

I looked & looked for axle or block sliders, No luck finding them for our bikes. But there are lots of slider spools.
I must have looked at them all, more than a dozen.
I settled on these because the spool part is Aluminum, the slider delrin.
All the rest that I looked at were all delrin, one piece, I did find one set of chrome, we will look at those next week.
