I'm not sure about the 03/04 & 05/06, Iv an o7 ZZR thats the same as the 02 ZX6R,
I think also the 01 ZX6R.
I have a friend on the forum, Zerosplace, He is in Irving TX, & has my old tank.
Which I think he no longer needs. You might send em a pm & see if he will send it to you.

Someone calling on Zero!? LOL. I was going to send the tank back to you Maness, but I will gladly pass it along if your ok with that. Just let me know mate.

EDIT: Oh... ant the tank does not have a cap. When Maness sent it to me he did not have the cap, but luckily I still had mine from the hit. Thanks again for the help Maness, that was awsome!

I really appreciate the help. I used to take my 250 to a mechanic everytime there was something wrong and always paid through the nose, I bought this zx6r off a stunter (not a very good one by the shape of the bike) and want to try to learn to fix things myself. already got a clip on off ebay to fix the bent one, some air duct hoses, lubed and adjusted the chain, and will do an oil change as soon as I find where to get a oil filter from.

For your oil filter try Purolator pure one # 14610, or # 14612.
At advance auto for around $6 bucks.
Best filter Iv found & I like to use nothing but the best for my babie.
