Very cool Jake! Nice looking bike!

Viper: Good morning, gentlemen, the temperature is 110 degrees.
Wolfman: Holy shit, it's Viper!
Goose: Viper's up here, great... oh shit...
Maverick: Great, he's probably saying, "Holy shit, it's Maverick and Goose."
Goose: Yeah, I'm sure he's saying that.

the massive weight loss is due to pure race desing...essientials only.

But, when I get my other one back together I will re weigh and cross reference that number....if I recall it weighed about 395 or so.....mainly a full system to kill weight and all the little things then add up......remove unessientials and carbon fiber and titanium this and that......plastic is very light and hard to trim weight, but some robust things can be swapped.

Good info. I weighed my ZZR stock at 420 lbs with like half a tank of gas...well not totally stock, it had a Yoshimura bolt-on exhaust. I need to weigh it now that it's a fighter; curious how much weight I lost from the headlight and fairings, and adding the CF Yosh undertail exhaust and lighter 03/04 636 headers.

Most violated KF rule: 2. - Post titles should be descriptive of the contents of your post. i.e. "Help with fuel injectors" instead of "HELP!!!!"

2008 Busa,full system,1/3rd tank gas--------- 538lbs

My 006R---full tank of gas------390lbs

These are real world numbers, might not be to the exact pound +/- 5lbs maybe, but they are all done to each other same timeframe same method....so someone can do the math and work out the percentages...
finally remembered to weigh the 6R.....390lbs full wet......370-375lbs dry-ish
