Question Help getting air out of rebuilt caliper

I rebuilt my rear caliper and tried to bleed it manually for about 45 minutes and still can't get pressure on the pedal. I get air out of the screws but still no fluid. I do get air from the master/pump, so it is working.

Does anyone have any tricks to speed up the process or make it easier?

Thanks, Rick

yes, if you have a compressor and a brake bleeder that attaches to the hose. Pull a trigger and vacuum is created in the lines and sucks the fluid really quickly, you got to be quick on retightening the bleed nipple.
