Hey there, I was offline for a couple of weeks too as I went back to New York 13 years after studying there at NYU. I had a nice time and also got to meet some publishers and to see my books entered in the collection of NYU's library so it was time well spent.
I am sorry to hear about the crankshaft, it is indeed a serious problem, but very happy to hear about your new amazing bike! I love the styling and the engine and basically everything about it so congatulations and be sure to post some nice pics when delivered
It sounds like love at first sight so I know that you will enjoy it to the maximum. Just be careful intil you get used to the extra power and speed!
Concering the Er you will get the most money if you part it out and sell every part individually but this could take a while. It's up to you since you now have like a hyper 1000cc Er, a bike which has little to nothing worthy of replacing with something better!
Happy riding and many kms with a big grin on your face!
Hey there, whatsup?
Its been a while since you last heard of me, but thats because about a month ago, my ER6n broke down, we suspect a broken camshaft? im not sure about the proper name, but its the axel that is driven by the pistons, anyway, im looking for a new engine since just replacing the shaft is economical unwise i have been told...
on the other hand, it gave me the chance to scout for a new bike, and i came on the Kawasaki Z1000 sugomi, looked at it, sat on it, drove it a little and bought it, now just have to wait for couple weeks before it beiing delivered
all in all, i should be riding soon again
im not sure what to do with the ER6n tho :/
