The idea is this...

This is the outcome...

Additional fiberglass arm cover... any chances to be like the original rabbit?
That is not the main idea... just try out the main concept...

The sound is quite loud but not as good sound as 4 cylinder bike. This is how it's look like when the exhaust left open.

Thanks Mariano3113.

The latest refurbish ZZR250...

This is the original condition... more than a year in only frame condition...

Replace the tensioner guide and clutch plate...

Fix back the block, piston, head, rocker arm... dismantle the subframe for the frame paint job...

Once completed the valve clearance adjustment, re-arrange the wiring...

Change new tyres and paint the sport rims ro gold colour...

Once completed ...

Wow, man. Everything looks great. The best part about your bike is that no one else in the world has one like it. Great work.

Thanks Larry.

I like the ZX10r sharp tail and wanna see if can be well blend with the undertail exhaust...
So, copy the ZX10R tail and my existing single seat panel...

Fix the single seat panel.

Match with the ZX10r tail.

Still in progress, not yet completed. What do you think? Better than the previous tail?

I don't know, man. Both tails look great, but I can't really say one looks better than the other. I do like the contours of the old tail a little better though.

Thanks for the comment Larry. I've read your link and congrats for having a nice bike. You really love DIY don't ya. For those who love DIY, I know you really love your bike that much. FYI, I'm actually hate driving car too . You know why, traffic jammed over here is like hel* . Until I've think of riding a ZZR1100 for the whole of my life and no no for car. Finally, my mom get very mad at me and " You already have childrens and dont even think of getting the car's driving licence Take this money and get the car's driving licence now". By that time, all my money already used up to maintain the ZZR1100 .

Back to custom thing will ya

This bike has been sold but new owner need a back seater without subframe modification. So, I need to mode the tail to suit the requirement. Think of Aprilia 125 model 09 could suit. Just try it out.

The tail light still using the original one, but being fix reversed. Brilliant isn't it.
