Kx80

I have a 1995 Kx80 i was wondering if it is possible to put a Kx100 motor in it?

first problem i would see with that is engine mounts and clearing around the frame

if its a BW kx80 should drop straight in.

but why dont u just buy a kx100? lol

I got a 1975Honda Trail 70, wonder if a gixxer 1000 motor would fit?

Yeah, it will, but you have to modify the finnigan pins and grind down the knutenvalves.

It could be done.
You will most likely have to mod the motor mounts and possibly the swingarm.

Here's an 80 with a Five Hundie............WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have had a 90 and a 91 KX80BW. The 80 and 100 motors where the same except for the cylinder, head and piston. I believe the 95 is the same. Might be able to get a 100 cylinder and head off ebay. Buy a wisco piston for a KX 100 and roll on down the trail.
