I'll suggest using a factory service manual to properly aid you with FI diagnostics. First check for any stored codes, then follow the manual for specific diagnostic steps pertaining to starting difficulties.
You need to get to the root of the problem...highly doubtful you're gonna solve this quickly on a internet forum. And very likely you'll wreck something by endlessly cranking....that is NOT a "repair path" by any stretch.
Get, read and abide by the factory service manual!
The ease of FI comes with its own complexities...versus old fashioned carburetors. Some trade offs involved.
