^ agreed, the FI light is indicative your bike is trying to tell you something. No service manual to guide you step by step? Most bikes are able to assist in service mode....revealing the fault.
It'll likely be fuel pump, pump relay, fuel filter, related wiring.... I'm not familiar with the model...is the pump external or internal to fuel tank? Testing for pump output would be first step, I think. Disconnecting the output hose and having it shoot into a separate container when key turned to on position, it'll work or not..if flow stops after a few seconds, bingo.
Do a visual check on the filter..... service manual may have a precise electrical test for the relay.
Those are just general steps on an FI bike....gotta consult a manual for specifics on your ER6N though. After all is corrected, you'll likely have to reset the maintenance FI light too.
