Hey guys.
My wife's ZZR 250 bent a valve rocker arm.
Does anybody have a picture of the cam timing marks for when I set it back up again?

Or is there a link to a manual?

thanks

rob

You're in luck.
What is the adjustment procedure? - Ninja250Wiki

clarification

I know this is an old thread but if you're still on here can you explain what you did? I'm not sure I understand what bolts you're referring to. Thanks.

If it's kind of tough to start then you need to loosen it a bit.

If this is the case, take the 10mm bolt (from the center of the CCT) off and stick a flat blade screwdriver in. It will allow you to turn one way (clockwise I believe). This removes some of the torque from the CCT. Start it up again and see how it is. You should have a SLIGHT ticking noise and that's it. If you back the center screw all the way off and your valvetrain is loud again, then you have to loosen the whole CCT assembly again. It's all fine adjustments so you don't have to go buck wild with loosening the CCT assembly or backing the shaft off. Good luck

On the first picture on this thread: https://www.kawiforums.com/ninja-250r...-pictures.html

The CCT is circled in red. That's what this applies to.
