^ get yee to your local auto parts store and ask parts guy for actual "caliper paint" by VHT (as JamesQ suggested above) Rustoleum also markets it too.
The spray can is clearly labeled as such. From VHT instructions:
"VHT® brake, caliper. Drum & rotor coatings have been specifically designed for the custom detailing of brake components. It is heat resistant to 900°F (482°C) and will not chip, crack, fade or rust even under extremes of operation or road and weather conditions. It is easy to apply, dries quickly and is remarkably resistant. Careful preparation is essential".
Careful prep = soda/sand blasting (after complete disassembly) or some equivalent.... brushing and liquid solvent, again, after disassembly. Prep being important, as VHT has advised. Done right, they'll look great and last a long while.
