ER6n 2009 vibration buzz

Hi guys,
I know this has been discussed before but none of threads that I have found matched my problem and I need to know if I have missed something.

The thing is that I have a buzz between 4.5k and ~6k that started arround 200Km ago and is driving me crazy.

Here is a list with things that I know it may create buzzing:
- front fairing
- smaller motor mounts (for the versions < 2009)
- ignition module
- clutch (this one makes a different type of noise)

Last Saturday I have remove my headlight, all the fairing from the front part, lateral plastics, engine spoiler, everything i had under my seat & tight all the possible screws and the buzzing still persists.

The thing is that this buzzing is present no mather if I'm in traffic or not.

Also, I've listened the engine sound and somehow I believe the noise come from the exhaust.

Did any of you had similar problems ?

Thank you very much for your help!

Hi darock, the buzz you mentioned is quite common and it can be addressed with rubber inserts in key areas.

I am sure that you will find relevant threads with a quick forum search.

My bike was "clean" from the beginning, then started buzzing from somewhere in the left side after a service and then I fitted a loud aftermarket can and the problem was solved permanently as I can't hear anything over the exhaust noise

I already read almost everything I have find out about the buzzing. In this way i have created the list mention in the first post. But none of those fixed my issue and I need to find out if there are other options, maybe things that where not mention until now.

Holy thread resurrect batman! ...I'll add though! I had a pretty solid buzz from the headlight fairing and just added some foam tape on small spots of the inside where it was making contact with other plastic. Fixed the buzz right up for me.
