2017 Ninja 650 - Bad exhaust design

Woodcraft spool slider. Melted right off from the exhaust gas. Someone dropped the ball at Kawasaki designing this exhaust.

Why don't you just get CNC spools and never have a problem again.

Those aluminum spools are tiny. I want spool sliders for protection. In any case... The Yoshimura exhaust arrived today. Problem eliminated once new exhaust is installed.

If a bit of heat melts those things off. What do you thing road rash would do to those spools? And, if we're going down that road, the rearsets will touch down first, followed by clip-ons.
