This fell off

Dear all

I have just got a 2009 ER6F and when starting it I notice that this was loose and it came off when I moved it. the pipe is frayed so that would be why.

It seemed to be above the clutch plate cover and was a bit oily. needless to say I don't want to ride the bike until this is resolved.

I do not think it is a fuel filter as no filter elements inside, just an empty plastic "bulb"

link to photos as it doesn't seem to want to upload them

thoughts please.

terminal end of fuel tank breather hose

It attached to the breather hose for your fuel tank. I can't remember which one it attaches to but other end of frayed line will be one of the two nipples at the bottom, back of your gas tank.
frayed hose would be 92192, plastic thing is 14069

If you can't use the link to pull the fiche page, it will be on the Fuel Tank section.
