Next time just put some oil on the rubber seal part of the filter with your finger to ensure a tight seal, that should be enough.

My guess would be probably not and from now on the manual will...

A guy in this forum blew up his engine because he overfilled it, so more oil is as dangerous or even more dangerous...

Your bike needs valve adjustment quite often so check that or have the valves properly adjusted if you are not sure.

It could be normal Kawi noise of course, but check those valves first!

Never try to desperately hold the bike upright, you can repair static fall damage much easier than broken bones....

Impossible is nothing, you will just need to find a good custom exhaust builder.

It's not going to be cheap though or as good developed a solution as an eponymous aftermarket system.
