04 ZX10R Suspension Help

Setting up an 04 zx10r for the track and trying to get my suspension done. Racetech site suggests: FRONT FORK SPRINGS
Recommended Fork Spring Rate:*1.056*kg/mm (use closest available)
Stock Fork Spring Rate:*1.000*kg/mm(stock)
Recommended Shock Spring Rate:*10.139*kg/mm (use closest available)
Stock Shock Spring Rate:*10.0*kg/mm (stock)
Anyone know where to order these spring rate my local shop offers a 1.0 or 1.0 for the front and 10.0 or 10.5 for the rear.

It sounds like you're close enough with the stock stuff... They don't come in infinitely variable springs rates.

Of course I'm generalizing from a single example here, but everyone does that. At least I do.
