Tuning in San Antonio TX area?

I'm curious if anyone knows of any good tuning shops in San Antonio TX, or the surrounding areas. I'm wanting to dyno tune my bike as I won't be running my TwoBros exhaust anymore, and going with a strait moto gp style. I have the PCV now instead of the PCIII, and want to get a good tune. There is one shop that I know of near me (ExtremePowersports) that dynos bikes, but I have seen them dyno before and I'm just not sure if I trust them to tune mine. The only other shop I have heard of around here is VelocityDyno. I don't know anyone who has experience with them thought... Any help would be appreciated.
