I have a 2003 636, and my secondary throttle valve motor is making a grinding noise.
I installed a power commander backwards (I know. stupid.). And it started making a grinding noise (like the gears for the motor are stuck - which I think is the case).
I have made a few videos of the problem. You can see here.
This video shows the problem.

This video shows the problem is still there even with the power commander uninstalled.

This shows the problem when I take apart the motor.

I'm really hoping I can swap the motor without swapping the entire throttle body. I am hearing they are factory aligned, and cannot be swapped, but can anyone confirm this?
Please help. I miss riding.
