If you bought the bike from them then I'd demand it gets looked at right away, thats disgusting to have a brand new bike sit there.

I could see if you bought it somewhere else, it's common practise for dealerships to work on their own cutomers bikes before someone elses (they make almost nothing on warranty work, even lose money often, so if they never made a profit from you (selling you a bike) they are not motivated to work on it.

I also suggest calling Kawi directly. Inform them of the issue and that you want something done about it. The dealerships all have to be licensed to sell Kawi's, and Kawi can take that away, so getting a call from Kawi should light a fire under their asses..
