Hey all, I just noticed on my 03 636 that the settings on top of the forks is not the same. The left side is dialed to 'S' and the right side is dailed to 'H'. I haven't touched anything. Is this right? I have no idea about whats going on with it. Thanks.

it's possible they could be wrong....check your manual and set them yourself...fairly easy to do...

The clock position of the rebound adjuster does not matter. It changes if you rotate the fork outer tube in the triple clamp without affecting the damping circuit. The adjuster rotates many complete turns, not just between the soft and hard marks.

Do not worry about it.

It is possible for the slots on the adjusters to be in different directions.

To make sure they are set equally, turn them clockwise to the last click, then back out the desired number of clicks.

Stock setting should be the 8th click from the first click of the fully clockwise position.

yeah, that's the way they come. I was thinking the same thing, until I checked my buddies and his fork looked the same way.
