Just wondering if anyone could post some suspension settings for their 03 zx6r. I am 218 lbs and I used the sport rider settings. From there I took outa nother half turn on the compression dampening on the rear to take out some of the harshness. There are sommnay things to think about and adjust. I wonder if I have too much or too little preload and where the rebound dampening should be set at for my weight. The bike is nervous in corners with rough pavement. I would really like to get the suspension tuned correctly.

Yep, just read it. I will have to try some of those and fine tune from there. I think I need to get my preload setup first and then worry about fine tuning the compression and rebound.

Setting the static sag is right way to go, I've left rear preload stock because I sometimes ride with a passenger. I'll try a bit more sag when I go to my next trackday. The rear sag is now barely 20 mm which I think is too little for the suspension to work correctly.
