03 ZX-6R stock tires

Hey guys, I was just wondering. EVERY article I read previous to my purchase of my 03 636 said they came with Pilot Sports...mine came with BT012's. I actually was happy cuz I LOVE the Battleaxe tires but was wondering if this was common or if it varied from shop to shop?

depends on what country the bike is sold in....

the BT012's are great tires IMHO...

I love Bridgestone tires...

The North American models come with a Bridgestone BT012 front and BT019F rear. Do not confuse the OE BT012 with the BT012SS, which is a grippier tire.

Yeah, Rob's right, European models are equipped with the Pilot Sports, the N. American ones are coming with the Bridgestones...
