Has anyone swapped an 05-06 master cylinder to their 03-04? If so did you use the 05 clip-on?

You should have no problem throwing the radial master from a 05/06 onto your 03/04 ZX6R/RR...
The bar diameter is the same,, a guy i met riding had done this and said he had better stopping power and a little more feel...

Personally i would just do a brembo 19x18 radial..unless you have an OEM unit laying around.

I already have the 05 mc but it won't fit on the 03 clip-on, it's to wide.

It works just fine if you swap out your clip on for an 05/06 clip-on. They are identical with the exception of the mount point for the resevoir (which is your problem). You'll also need 05/06 brake lines. I did this on a previous race bike, but really did not notice that the brakes were that much better.

But jdgun is right, get a brembo. Money well spent.
