hey guys I just got my rear wheel back from the shop getting new bearings put in but my roommate decided to kick the spacers i had arranged oriented in how they went on, my question is the left rear inside has 2 different inner diameters, which way does it go?

The smaller hole part should be on the brake side of the bike. The larger hole part clutch side.
