I started noticing the problem when I rode one night with the idle on (forgot to turn it off) - coming to a stop, shift to first, it stalled. Then that is when I turned the choke off. Happened again 5 times over the next 3 days or so but this time w/the choke off. It happens everytime when I am on a stop. Is it idling too low? This morning on my way to work, again, just setting my put down to a stop, it stalled. Tried to restart it but all electric power went out. Tried everything but nothing, finally pushed the bike to a parking lot and checked if I had blown a fuse but nothing. Put it all back together then it started.

I adjusted the idle just this PM to 1300 (give or take another 100) per manual.

I started it the bike just now and it's idling in 1300 - 1500 but when I turn on the choke to warm it up - it's stalling.

What should I do? Please advise. Thanks!

Where was it idling at before you adjusted it? If the weather is warm, pulling the choke may be making it too rich, which is causing it to stall. My bike doesn't seem to need or want any choke at all if the weather is above 85.
