There is no 07 636 and yes there is still a break-in period.

short answer.... yes. Long answer- its not the pistons that are being broken in, its the piston rings that are breaking in to the fresh hone of the cylinder walls and vice versa, so regardless of forged or cast pistons, still needs a break-in period.
