I've noticed that ever since I've had my 2007 ZX-6R the fan fuse is always blown. I sat down today and finally put more attention to it to find out that when the temperature reaches 212 and the fan is about to kick on, it kicks on for 2 seconds and the fuse for the fan blew. Do you guys know what's exactly causing this to happen?

I might be able to help you with this. Sounds like you have a short and I bet it's in the motor. I would unplug the fan and let the bike warm up to the temp the fan comes on and see if it blows. If you have a volt meter I check the voltage coming out of the plug when it turns on. If you get 12 volts out and it does not blow the fuse then I would replace the fan motor and see if that fixes it. If. If not then you have a short some where before it plugs into the fan motor but I bet it's on the fan side.
