07 zzr600 rattle in tank

I have an 07 zzr600 and I've removed tank for paint. With petcock removed and a shake of the tank I can hear something metal being shook around. Please help

When you took off the petcock did the plastic inlet screen (or anything else) come loose in there?

There shouldn’t be any other parts in there, if something is rattling around, you’ll just need to look for it.

The plastic filter piece was there but it sounds like some type of metal banging around
