peoples 98's on this forum where getting 94-98 so id guess itd be a bit higher than that???

According to the test reports from Sport Rider the rwhp has remained pretty consistant. In '97 it was 96, it went as low as 93.2 in '00 and in '01 it was 95.2.

Motorcycle.com measured the ZX-6R at 96 hp in both 2000 and 2001. According to Motorcyclist, the 2001 ZX-6R put out 95 hp at the back wheel.

The difference is insignificant given that the bikes were measured with different dynos on different days.

Actually if you have an Australian model you will probably put out more than the US models, just from hearing about all numbers from various bikes down under. R6 numbers seem to be higher, then again maybe the Aussie Dynos are all off.
