It could be all of the above, but I would lean more towards it has some scratches and it's just a buyers market. Maybe the seller has fines that need to be paid and they are selling the bike cheap to get money in hand quickly.

I'm also selling my bike and it's just not moving as smoothly as I thought it would be. A bike is a luxury, just likes boats and planes.

im thinking if its an actual real ad its got a salvage title..tried to call the person via the number provided and got a fax noise..im thinking somebody had nothing else better to do but create a fake ad...

Yeah i just called and got the same thing. Maybe it's his house phone w/ fax?
