are you getting it to 30 and then holding the throttle steady and clutching?? remember, it's not necessarily the speed/rpm's you are at when you are clutching up, but rather the rate at which the speed/rpm's are climbing as your releasing the clutch. you don't want to just rev to a certain point and then pop the clutch or you will get that mad jerky feeling. once you practice a little, wheelies should be very smooth. try and pull in the clutch while the bike is still gaining power, then release it as the rpms are rising steadily. the bike will want to gradually pull up for you. hope this helps you some.
