Anyone ever try to put the nose cowl and lowers from a 636 on a 98-02 zx6r? I have seen people use the tail etc, but wondered about tank, nose and mid/lowers? Thought it would be kind of cool looking, sense i am very fond of the 636 look.

here is a cheap set of fiberglass ones i am thinking about picking up on ebay just to see if i can do it , and i can resell them if i cant drill and work them on, but i am sure it is possible just how far do i want to go is the question i guess...

I know the 05-06 636 fairings dont fit a 95.....the bike is a little taller or angled slightly different.....might be closer on a newer bike but I dont know if they will fit on a 98-02 either.

There was a guy in the stunters corner who had the 03-04 fairings on a 98-02 model but he just had them ziptied.....I dunno how well they fit because he would never answer when I asked him

the pink one right? yeah i saw that and got the idea, but they seemed like they could line up ok, but i never saw any pics of the bike complete like with all the fairings on...

he had pics of the sides and front on at one point...he said he had to trim the ear pieces (where the mirrors bolt) because they hit his dirtbike bars. They might work with the stock clipons but not sure.
