Hi all, my 600 is finally alive... but when I got it the bike was in horrible condition... I got it running finally and am now starting to try to get it road worthy... My question is on each side of the cylinders there is a little hole.. almost like a weep hole... What is this? Please help... I think it may be a way to get air out of the cooling stem?

can you post a picture ? usually those weep holes are for drainage of some kind, for example my klx has one on the side of the cylinder to drain water off the head and out of the spark plug well.

After further investigation I pushed a straightened coat hanger through the hole and saw that it is indeed a drainage hole for the spark plugs... thanks for replying... I got the idea from your post
