check the local salvage yard... usually lots of 500 parts turn up places like that. you can prolly scrounge one off a crashed bike.

Ugg thanks marshmallow but I wish it was that easy out here there arent much for salvage bike yards to be honest. Just cars.

good deal. Well I just need the actual headlight. Er... not just the bulb itself I actually need the entire headlight. I didnt realize there were so many options because I just ordered one for my old 250 off ebay and itwas good but I got rid ofit for the 500 and now im stuck.

look in the back of cycle world magazine, there are ads for junk yards that ship parts anywhere in the us. you can probably get them to email you a pic first to make sure you don get screwed either. http://www.ajcyclesalvage.com/main2/a_n_j_v_4.htm this is a reputable place near me
