Ok so I searched this forum before posting. My question is:

For those who have a full akro exhaust, other than the bling factor what are the benefits using the RACING exhaust instead of the EVO. I know its mostly made out of steel rather than titanium so it's probably a little heaver, it's several c-notes cheaper but other than what else?

I'm using this bike only for track now.

i have heard people saying that it has less packing. but i don't know if that's true..doubt it though.

only difference is weight, no power difference and i'm 99.99% sure the same canister is used. most cases, the replacement canister part # for the racing and evo systems are the same. look on akra's website and take a look at their pdf file for an exact weight difference. typically 4-5 lbs heavier than the evo system. i'd only get the evo system for the bling factor or if you were competitively racing, otherwise it isn't worth the extra 500-700 bucks.
certain bikes, the evo 2 is offered (basically a shorter canister) but is typically only for looks and sound, actually hurts performance in some cases.
