First off Amsoil does not make their own filters. I would guess they are made by the same folks who make the STP filters (Champion Industries) that are available at Autozone. They list the same filter for both all ZX-6R's from '95-'02 where Kawasaki lists three different filters.
With that in mind, any manufacturer's claims that his filter can increase oil change interval is pure bull shit because the main factor in oil change interval is loss of viscosity and the filter has nothing to do with it.
